🇩🇪-Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Stornierungsbedingungen wie folgt sind: Bei einer Stornierung 4 Wochen vor dem Kursdatum erhalten Sie 80 % Ihrer Anzahlung zurück. Bei einer Stornierung 2 Wochen vor dem Kurs erhalten Sie 50 % Ihrer Anzahlung zurück. Bei einer Stornierung 2 Tage vor dem Kurs erhalten Sie 25 % Ihrer Anzahlung zurück. Bei einer Stornierung 24 Stunden vor dem Kurs erhalten Sie 0 % der Anzahlung zurück. Die Stornierung muss telefonisch mitgeteilt werden – erreichbar von Montag bis Freitag, 10:00 bis 16:00 Uhr. Nach der Stornierung erhalten Sie innerhalb von 24 Stunden ein Stornierungsformular, das ausgefüllt und innerhalb von 2 Arbeitstagen zurückgesendet werden muss, damit der Erstattungsprozess gestartet werden kann. 🇬🇧-Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel 4 weeks before the course date, you will receive 80% of your deposit back.
