We'll show you how to manage your social media, get a certificate, and answer your business questions in 30 live Q&A sessions. You'll get all the materials, snacks, and water you need, plus a starter package surprise. Plus, you'll get exclusive access to our vendor list. Terms and Conditions Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable Class price is for one student only. No group or unit business discount are given. Once student registers not transfers to other classes are allowed no exceptions. If student doesn't attend the business seminar they can attend the next seminar. Zooms are not recorded. No student is allowed to record lectures and zooms. If a student is found reselling classroom document,will be charged as per German Court of law

Bei einer Stornierung 2 Wochen vor dem Kurs erhalten Sie 50 % Ihrer Anzahlung zurück. Bei einer Stornierung 2 Tage vor dem Kurs erhalten Sie 25 % Ihrer Anzahlung zurück. Bei einer Stornierung 24 Stunden vor dem Kurs erhalten Sie 0 % der Anzahlung zurück. Die Stornierung muss telefonisch mitgeteilt werden – erreichbar von Montag bis Freitag, 10:00 bis 16:00 Uhr. Nach der Stornierung erhalten Sie innerhalb von 24 Stunden ein Stornierungsformular, das ausgefüllt und innerhalb von 2 Arbeitstagen zurückgesendet werden muss, damit der Erstattungsprozess gestartet werden kann. 🇬🇧-Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows: If you cancel 4 weeks before the course date, you will receive 80% of your deposit back. If you cancel 2 weeks before the course, you will receive 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel 2 days before the course, you will receive 25% of your deposit back. If you cancel 24 hours before the course, you will receive 0% of your deposit back. Cancellations must be made via phone call – available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After the cancellation, you will be sent a cancellation form within 24 hours. The form must be completed and returned within 2 working days for the refund process to begin.
