Statement on the Storage and Use of Personal Data in Accordance with the EU-wide GDPR from May 25, 2018

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g., name, address, or email addresses) is collected on my website, this is always done on a voluntary basis whenever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through www.suevents.de.
This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Countries Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other countries. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your country. If I transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield as a legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is EU-US Privacy Shield certified.
