FAQS

1).How do I book?  Just send an email to neapartydeko@gmx.de with the name of the set you want to rent. We will then confirm the availability of the products and email you a written quote and booking form, which you must return to us.

2).Is the rental price per night? No, the rental price covers a rental period of up to 3 calendar days. If the rental period is longer, the rental price will be increased accordingly

3).Do I have to pay a deposit? Yes, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the rental equipment for your special date.

4).Is there a security deposit? A deposit is only due upon collection. In general, the delivery and collection of the rental items is included in the individual sets. A delivery is generally preferred, with the sets only delivery!

5).How can I pay for equipment? We accept payment in cash, by bank transfer or by PayPal on collection.

6).When do I have to pick up from you? Our rental period is up to 3 days. A specified pick-up and drop-off time will be given on the booking form. However, we understand that this is not always the case and alternative times can be arranged at a mutually agreed time. When booking a set, we only deliver to the venue.

7).When do I return the items? Equipment must be returned to us by the date specified on the booking form at the time of booking. However, alternatives can only be made by appointment.

When booking a set, the equipment will be picked up at the venue.

8).What happens if I return the item  not returning at specified specific time? Any items not returned according to standard rental will incur a late fee (unless alternative arrangements have been made through a large day rental agreement for the items to be returned). This late fee is 40 euros per day until the equipment is returned.

9).What happens if something is accidentally broken or lost? Please report any damage or loss to the landlord immediately. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further general conditions.

10).What happens if I change my mind? 

That's okay, we understand that things happen and not everything goes according to plan. If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you send us an email to let us know. However, we have to charge you for the cancellation, as we also have expenses in advance that we have to absorb with a graduated cancellation fee. 

• Cancellation free of charge up to 4 weeks in advance with refund of the deposit

• two to four  weeks before the event:    50% of the total due

11).What kind of car do I need to pick up the equipment?

Only vehicles suitable for transport such as vans, trucks or trailers (NOT OPEN TRAILERS) • Straps and/or ropes • Blankets and fabrics to protect the items (we regret that we do not provide these items)

You don't have to worry about that with the sets. We take care of the transport. - We are also happy to take care of the transport for your rental items for a small surcharge of €0.50 per kilometer.
